In this struggling economy, and with our law enforcement agencies overburdened and losing funding and manpower at a rapid level, Confidential Research & Investigations aims to assist the public by offering seasonal, specially-reduced fees for certain services. We consider it our public duty to help bring civil and criminal justice to people, businesses and government during these hard economic times by providing select services at affordable rates:
- FOLLOW-UP TO POLICE INVESTIGATIONS -$50.00 per hour (includes surveillance, interviews, investigative research, travel time, report preparation time, review of police reports, etc.)
- ACTIVITY CHECK - $150.00 (For insurance clients only; Includes three drive-bys of a specific residence with the goal of documenting pertinent activities such as identifying vehicles parked, persons present, garbage out, etc. Additionally, we will obtain 3-4 still photographs of the residence.)
- GANG MEMBERSHIP VERIFICATION - $ 25.00 (Utilizing proprietary databases and confidential sources, we will check to see whether a person is listed as a gang member within the El Paso County region- Possible information back includes name of the gang and whether they are a "confirmed" or "associate" member).
- EVICTION SERVICE - $20.00 for 2 or more the same day (We will serve a "Notice to Pay or Vacate" to the residents; If the residents are not home or unwilling to accept service, we will prominently post (tape) the Notice to the front door. We give additional discounts for 5 or more that require service within any 48-hour timeframe. We are also available to accept partial payments from your overdue tenants with your approval for a small extra fee.)
- BUSINESS ASSET VERIFICATIONS - $ 100.00 (For collection agencies that require a personal visit to a business that is in arrears of large debts, we will send an investigator to the business location to advise the owner/manager we are there to verify assets for collection purposes - During our visit to the business, we will also take 2-3 photographs of the property, vehicles and other surrounding assets.)
- PERSONAL ASSET SEARCH - $ 100.00 (This search includes a nationwide search for personal ownership of real estate/homes, vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, lottery winnings, liens, and bankruptcy filings).
- SECURITY / PROTECTION CHECKS - $ 25.00 down and $6.00 per random check for a minimum of 3 days (An armed plainclothes Protection Investigator will conduct professional checks of your home or business, while you are out-of-town or on vacation. These activity checks are done at random with the goal of conducting short-term surveillance of the premises to deter, detect and / or document any damage and /or unauthorized intrusions and activities. Unauthorized acitivites, intrusions, or damage is immediately reported to law enforcement while our investigator maintains presence to act as a witness and to facilitate in the apprehension of the perpetrator). **Please note we are not a "security guard agency" - We are professional investigators trained to go beyond just a simple check of the premises.**
- I.C.E. DETAINEE / GUANTANAMO BAY DETAINEE CHECK - $ 10.00 per name / DOB for 3 or more names to be checked (We will perform a check to determine if your subject is a current detainee at any ICE facility or at the military detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba).

When requesting these services, you must mention this discount page in order to be eligible for these special fees. Honorably Discharged Veterans of the US Armed Forces are guaranteed these reduced fees at all times.
